We want you and your little one to love every item, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Visit the Return Portal
Head over to our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our nursery collections.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
